The event is celebrating its 10th year anniversary held in Glasgow. Over 700 delegates, consisting of leading chefs and college students will gather. It’s an opportunity to acquire knowledge and techniques from some of the most respected chefs in the world and to meet suppliers offering the latest products and cutting edge innovations.
Each of the chefs that will be demonstrating, bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the conference.
Amongst the chefs will be award winning Andrew Fairlie, 2 Michelin stars at Restaurant Andrew Fairlie. Michelin Starred chef entrepreneur Angela Hartnett, April Partridge, up and coming chef at The Clove Club in Shoreditch, Clare Smyth MBE, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, and Michelin Star chef Tom Kitchin.
