The awards recognise and reward innovation and enterprise in the development of professional catering equipment that makes a significant contribution to food service operations. The Clifton Food Range FL28D water bath won the Food Preparation category.

The distinguished panel of judges carefully assessed the FL28D before making their decision, and were clearly impressed with what they found with one judge commenting that Clifton Food Range® has ‘revolutionised the way chefs operate in the kitchen’. The panel concluded that it was ‘another great gadget in a chef’s armoury’.
