The Clifton Food Range® was designed specifically for use by chefs as the unparalleled specific temperature control makes the water baths perfect for sous vide and low temperature cooking. Visitors to the stand will be able to see the full range of 10 water baths along with accompanying accessories including chamber dividers & temperature probes. They will also have the chance to meet the manufacturers and discuss the benefits the range provides, which include improved taste, texture, ease of preparation and operational benefits.
