Clifton Food Range® is relishing its upcoming involvement in ScotHot 2011, the exhibition that brings the Scottish hospitality industry together to keep up to date with the latest developments in catering products and trends. It is the largest event of its kind in Scotland and the North of England, and will take place from 28th February – 2nd March 2011 at the SECC in Glasgow.
Clifton Food Range® will be exhibiting their Water Baths that are used for sous vide and low temperature cooking. This requires the very best in specific temperature management and is proving to be increasingly popular internationally with professional chefs.
Clifton Food Range® can be found on stand 4838, which they will be sharing with Multivac UK, the manufacturers of chamber vacuum packing machines that are integral to sous vide cooking.
Melvin Dickson, Managing Director, remarked: “ScotHot 2011 is going to be a great event, perfectly suited to showcasing our water baths and introducing people to this innovative technology that is now a leading technique in modern kitchens.”
