
Casamia opens the doors to its brand new development kitchen called ‘apt.’, the new birthplace of Jonray and Peter Sanchez-Iglesias’ innovative and ingenious culinary creations. Clifton Food Range® is delighted to be supporting Jonray and Peter with this new and exciting venture. Using the latest equipment fused together with their inspired ideas, the brothers can experiment, create and develop even more radical recipes to add to the Casamia menu.
Jonray and Peter have been using Clifton Food Range® equipment since 2007 and now have an additional Clifton unstirred water bath in their new kitchen.

The new development kitchen also enables their culinary secrets to be shared with food lovers at private, bespoke cooking experiences in ‘apt.’
