This year’s annual wine and food festival held at Taupos’ Great Lake Centre in New Zealand saw Chef Jude Messenger demonstrating the Clifton sous vide water baths on the Bell Technology stand. Jude from The Bistro is a passionate Clifton Food Range customer and demonstrated the popular clip on immersion circulator and 14 litre unstirred bath to visitors at the event. Bell Technology is long standing distributor of Clifton sous vide water baths and accessories.
The Wine and Food Festival in New Zealand is in its tenth year and this year’s event was more successful than ever. A total of 44 exhibitors showcased specialty products and equipment to over 400 visitors, where they could enjoy an evening of great wine, beer and tasty food with some of New Zealand’s best wine makers and craft style producers.
