Immersion Grid for Stirrer Unit – 56 Litre

The Clifton immersion grids are designed for use during the sous vide cooking process. The grids keep food items which may tend to float, immersed under water in the bath. Ideal for long slow cooks. The new design has been manufactured to fit either a 14, 28 or 56 gastro tank and has a cut out so that it can be used with the Portable Immersion Circulator.
