Basket Divider

This stainless steel basket is for use in both unstirred and stirred water baths. The basket allows the working area of the bath to be divided for portion control and easy identification of food when cooking. They can also separate products that have just been placed into the bath (and therefore not regenerated) from those ‘on hold’ ready to go.

Working dimensions: 228w x 107d x 110h mm. 12mm square hole apertures between wire.
