
On Monday 23rd and Tuesday 24th April we’re hosting a live cooking event with Signature FSE and Livecookintable®.
The event will feature National Chef of the Year Finalist 2018, David Davey-Smith, Royal Air Force, Worthy Down. Chef Davey will be there to give advice on the products and will also be doing some live sous vide cooking.

10:30am – 2:00pm, Presentation & live cooking demonstration using Clifton Food Range water baths and Livecookintable®, with lunch.
Or
3:30pm – 5:30pm, Presentation & live cooking demonstration using Clifton Food Range water baths and Livecookintable® with drinks/canapés.
