Clifton Food Range® was delighted to take part in this year’s FHA2012 International Food and Hotel Asia exhibition, the largest of its kind in Asia. The show was held in Singapore, between 17th – 20th April.
Clifton Food Range® shared a section of the Sia Huat booth with Besser Vacuum, an Italian manufacturer of vacuum packing machines. Sia Huat is one of the largest foodservice suppliers in Asia. They have recently become the Clifton Food Range distributor for Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia.

Clifton Food Range® was delighted to support Chef Magazine and Will Holland on the sous vide fish cookery day at La Bécasse in Ludlow.
The event was held for a group of chefs from a mixture of fine dining, gastro pubs, restaurants and trade. Will began the day treating everyone to home made muffins and cakes, before giving an in-depth 90 minute sous vide cookery demonstration using the Clifton water baths. Will talked the group through the benefits of sous vide and the textures and flavours that can be achieved with the technique. (more…)

Clifton Food Range® and CHEF® have joined forces to bring together the latest culinary food trends and cutting edge equipment, through demonstration events throughout the year, in different parts of the UK.
The first event was held at Weston College, Weston-super-Mare and explored the theme ‘The Best of British’ a trend that Chef® has identified as ruling globally in 2012. Events such as the Olympics and Queen’s Jubilee play a significant part in this trend, which are expected to ignite national pride and interest in all things British. (more…)

Clifton Food Range® opened their doors to chefs and food enthusiasts last month for their first official sous vide event in the Clifton kitchen, Weston-super-Mare.
The free event was a chance for people to learn more about sous vide cooking in an informal, relaxed atmosphere and to gain an understanding of how the water baths work. Visitors also had a tour of the on site factory to see where the water baths are manufactured. (more…)

Clifton Food Range® was delighted to watch as Frederick Forster, Head Chef at Nuovo Restaurant, Buckhurst Hill, gained the well deserved title of National Chef of the Year 2011. The competition was held at The Restaurant Show, Earls Court 2 on 11th October and was followed by the awards presentation.
Frederick is a valued Clifton Food Range® customer and has been using Clifton water baths for a number of years.

Clifton Food Range® takes great pleasure in introducing their new 14 litre digital Duobath™, which is designed for sous vide and low temperature cooking in the professional kitchen. This latest model has two 14 litre chambers, built specifically to operate at two different temperatures simultaneously and with two different liquids e.g water in one side and oil in the other.
