Casamia at Skills for Chefs 2011

Clifton Food Range® attended Skills for Chefs this year and were delighted to assist Jonray and Peter Sanchez – Iglesias from Casamia restaurant when they demonstrated their classic Italian dishes at the conference.

Jonray and Peter have been long standing Clifton Food Range® customers and it was a great pleasure to see them using the Clifton water bath to create their dishes at the Skills for Chefs event.

Clifton Food Range® Takes to the Streets Again to Demonstrate its Versatility

Mark Jankel, chef and founder of The Food Initiative, and Pearl chef Jun Tanaka are heading to the City of London with their mobile Street Kitchen, where they will anchor up on Finsbury Avenue Square for a period of three months. Their ambition is to bring the best British bistro-style lunches to the City at “street food prices”, employing Clifton Food Range® water baths to prepare the dishes that require sous vide cookery.

Victory at the Great British Menu 2011

Tom Kerridge reigns triumphant once again at the Great British Menu 2011 with his expert use of Clifton Food Range® water baths during the preparation of his competition-winning pork dish. Since 2006, Tom has been using Clifton Food Range® water baths for sous vide cooking at his restaurant, the Michelin-starred Hand & Flowers in Marlow.
