Clifton Sous Vide Demo Day

Clifton Food Range have organised a sous vide demo day for Chef Forum members. The event is a chance for chefs to get together in the Clifton development kitchen and spend time cooking sous vide, experiementing with new recipe ideas and techniques using the Clifton water baths, Centrifuge and Freezdryer.
